John was a special friend to Jim for 40 years, and also to our family. His friendship and caring made a difference in our lives. We are grateful that we had the chance share this all those years, and to have the privilege of knowing Mae and his fine family. Good memories of a good man.

I will truly miss my Uncle John. He was a straight forward man and you always knew exactly where he was coming from. He would tell you exactly as it was, whether you wanted to hear it or not. I will miss "kickin it" with him and my brother-in-law Reese, watching the game drinking "wee ones". He was my favorite Uncle and truly has a huge place in my heart. I will always love you. Until we meet again, much love... your niece, Sue

My thoughts and prayers are with the Glanton family at this trying time.

Although I've never met John Sr personally, I know he was a great man from the children he reared...

With Sympathy,
