In memory of
John Scott
October 30, 2018
I am sincerely sorry to learn of johns passing at this late date. John and I shared a room for 2 years while we were stationed at manzano base. John was a good friend and a kind soul, who I know will be missed by his family an friends. I deeply regret losing touch with him. I visited he and his family when i was traveling home after discharge and he visited my family in Virginia a couple of years after our discharge. My sincere condolences to all of the family.
Sincerely,
John Scott

John will be truly missed. I met John while getting started in married life, home ownership and my career.
John was more than a co-worker he was a mentor. We could talk for hours about any subject - investments, vacations, landscaping, exercise, or life in general. I always valued his opinion and many things I do today were influenced by John. Now I take a little extra time for that young guy that has a question, just as John did with me.
His humor, patience and wisdom will always be remembered.

You had to a proud father of your wonderful daughter Christine. You taught her well. You must have been a man of strong character and you shared that with your family. God bless your entire family and may they cherish memories of you for the rest of their lives.

I will miss my friend John He was the kind of neighbor everyone wished they had always a smile and always time to just shoot the breeze When i think of John and the times we spent in our yards trying to achieve the perfect green lawn Standing there looking at it and just talking about e everything and anything and always with several ICE COLD beers .John had this refrigerator in his basement that kept his beer supply that he got from beer world for five bucks a case .You never knew what kind of beer he would bring out but you did know two things it cost five bucks and it was ice cold. The Izaj's will be my prayers Chrissie Mike and Leany May your knowledge in Johns faith in God and his son Jesus bring you all some peace at this difficult time God bless you your neighbor and friend Jim Konesky Or as your dad called me BUB

Dear Mike, I am so sorry to hear about your dad. He was one of the most genuine and kindest people i have ever met, from the times we played baseball and basketball, until now, he never changed how he treated people. He will be missed by everyone that knew him. I know when i spoke to your mom and you at church a couple weeks back we prayed for all of you. We will continue to do so and remember that he will be with your entire family each and every day.
