JOHN RICHARD KELK
Sadly passed away with dignity after
a battle bravely borne on
Saturday 28th January 2012, aged 51 years.
Loving husband of Hayley, dearly loved dad to Adam, stepdad to Emily, very special son to parents Gwen and Wilf and devoted brother to Pat. Funeral arrangements by F.E.Addlesee & Sons, Boston.
Family flowers only, donations towards Pancreatic Cancer UK. Special thanks to Ward 7A Pilgrim Hospital for their excellent care, Lisa Dichmont Macmillan Nurse, Specialist for her constant help, support and understanding and Nicky Skinner
Case Manager at Kirton Medical Centre
for her wonderful kindness.
John will be deeply missed.
