JOHN KOK Obituary
of Rockland, Ont., on Sunday December 1st 2013 at the age of 68. Son of the late John Marinus Kok and the late Johanna Gerritsen. Brother of: Harry (Mary-Ellen) and Joanne (John Streutker). Will be fondly remembered by everyone who loved him especially his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister: Map Kok and his brother: Egbert Kok. Special thanks to Officer P. Bergeron (O.P.P.) and Carmen and Terry Morrow for their compassion and kindness. Donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated. A private funeral service will be held in Tavistock, Ont for the family.

Van Harry Cook uit Edmonton hoorden wij dat John overleden is. Ons medeleven!!
Afgelopen zomer heb ik nog email contact met hem gehad via Facebook, het was leuk iets van hem te horen en nu ineens is hij overleden. Heeft hij een ongeluk gehad? Jullie veel sterkte!

Dear Harry, Joanne and families our sincere condolences in the sudden passing of John. I worked with John for 35 years and have many good memories. We had hoped he would have a long and happy retirement.

John was a great friend of mine , I knew him for over 30 years, I too worked for CEIC/HRSDC. We would have John over for dinner every 3rd week or so , he helped me with countless renovation projects around the house. He was always available. My family and I will miss him very, very much.
