He was born Oct. 17, 1922 in East Franklin Township to Leslie C. and Mary (Smith) Brice. Mr. Brice retired from the former PPG Industries in Ford City and Pullman Standard in Butler. He loved gardening and carpentry. Survivors include one son, Larry Brice and wife Ethyl of Kittanning; two daughters, Nancy Ruth and husband Ernest "Babe" of Kittanning, and Vivien Julius and hus-band Richard of Fenelton; one stepson, Thomas Young of Tionesta; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; five sisters, Theora "Dolly" Rearick, Emma Jean Harkleroad and Dorothy Craft, all of Worthington, Esther McMillen of Applewold and Frances Adams of Templeton; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Ethel Brice who died in November 1964; two grandchildren, Sherry and Tommy Young; six brothers, Donny, Arthur, Richard, Lloyd, Sam and Robert Brice; and one sister, Fonda Brice. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the F. Duane Sny-der Funeral Home, Worthington, where funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wed-nesday with the Rev. David Caves, pastor of West Glade Run Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial will be in West Glade Run Cemetery.?
