What a nice man! I helped Mr Litvinchuk when I worked in City Hall many times on gathering permits! He will be missed!

I always thought of Mr. L as "a gentle giant", such a sweet man and patriarch of a wonderful BIG family. We'll miss you!

He never failed to stop by if he saw me in my front yard. He made a difference in my life.
