Of West Mifflin, age 90, born November 4, 1913 in Homestead, died Friday, July 2, 2004, Jefferson Hospital; son of the late John and Antonina (Klocek) Lizik. John was a retired self-employed owner of Lizik Citgo for 56 years; loving husband, father and grandfather of ten. Member of Queen of the Rosary Parish, Glassport; Army Veteran WWII, recipient of the Purple Heart; former member Duquesne Golf Club; husband of Evelyn Kudla Lizik; father of Joan Goetz of Wexford, Robert, Richard and John, all of Elizabeth Twp. Brother of Nina Lizik of Johnstown; nieces and nephews. Visitations will be Saturday, 7-9 p.m. and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. WOJCIECHOWSKI FUNERAL HOME, 640 Vermont Ave., Glassport. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday, 11 a.m. Entombment Jefferson Memorial Park.
