I had the pleasure of litigating against John for over two decades. He zealously represented his clients. We really went at it at times, but it was always professional. When the deposition or hearing was over, we always had wonderful conversations. Very warm, caring man with a keen legal acumen. You will be missed, my friend.

John was one year ahead of me at GHS. A great friend and team mate. I was fortunate to visit him in Louisville several times as my wife's family were there. He will be missed by many.

John was one of my favorite teachers at Bishop David and represented me in a legal matter. I considered him a friend. May God grant him peace

I remember watching John play football at Greenfield. What an athlete. Then I believe he played on a great SIU team. He even attended a few practices to help out the Greenfield football team I was privileged to be a member of. I know many of us who knew John looked up to him. Not only as a great football player but as a great person.
