John Lunetta, 53, North Port, formerly of Dorchester, Mass., died March 27, 2007.
A memorial service will be held in North Port at a time and date to be announced later. MacKinnon Funeral Home, Whitman, Mass., is handling arrangements.
Survivors include his mother, Joanne (Leveroni) of Rotonda; his wife, Louise (Troila); children Jessica of Carver, Mass., Mary of Plymouth, Mass., Normajean of Abington, Mass., John Jr. of Bridgewater, Mass., and Joanne of Swansea, Mass.; his sisters Donna Calabro of Lakeville, Mass., and Pamela Pizzuto of Nokomis.
He is also survived by sons-in-law Matthew Walker and Steven Senecal; daughter-in-law Fiona; and grandchildren Jim and Samantha Lawrence, Steven and Christopher Senecal and Abigail Lunetta.
John was a loving husband, father, son and best buddy and will be missed by all. He was a member of the Painters Union Local 1138, a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War era, a member of the Brotherhood of Vietnam Veterans in Florida and the American Legion.

Louise & Family We are so very sorry to hear of John's untimely death. It seems just like yesterday we would be over Loretta and Frank's house talking all night about inventions and ideas. He was a great guy he will be truly missed. Much Love to you and your family
