John was a dear friend , condolences to the family , he will be missed .

Dear Mark and Tanya,

I am so sorry to hear of your father's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time.

To the McEnery Family, I worked for John for four years in the 1980's at the Dept. of Justice. He was a nice person to work for. My deepest condolences. May your memories bring you comfort.

John was a kind, thoughtful, unselfish and dignified gentleman even as a law student. Undoubtedly his advice and representation has benefited many people, as it benefited me. I remain grateful to have been acquainted with John. My condolences.

Mark, you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers. Your presence with him was powerful.

McEnery Family, I am very sorry for your loss. John and I shared an office at Algonquin and it was always a very spirited conversation when we would start talking politics and education systems. He will be missed by many.

So sorry to hear of your loss Mark. I worked with your Dad at Public Works (Tupper Bldg.) back in the 90's when everyone used to congregate outside to have a cigarette. He had a great sense of humour and I enjoyed many a good laugh with him. He was very proud of you and Timothy. Elaine Ralph

Mark your father was a great friend, all the days we spent at Frank Ryan School I will remember. He also gave me a lift home everyday, and was a shoulder to lean on when needed , I will always keep him in my thoughts. Thinking of you and family at this time. Barbara Raymond.
