2012 was a really rough year. We lost my son, Morgan in Jan, Chris in Nov. and John Merrill in Dec. My boys have let me know they are watching over me which has been very comforting. John has watched over his family as well, I'm sure. We'll meet again. Of that I'm very sure. God bless.

To John's family, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I will always remember John from the Oakfield Grammar School, and from our one year at Lee. He was a true friend and caring person. His passing will leave a void that cannot be filled.

I was saddened to learn of Johns passing. We worked together at the railroad. Smart, personable, funny, and considerate immediately come to mind when I remember him.

John, I have enjoyed knowing you and working with you over the last twenty years. Also enjoyed very much our conversations about the Beatles and other 1960 bands. Ken

Rest in peace John. It sure was nice getting to spend some quality time with you up at the hill these past few summers. You have a very loving immediate family and one of the best mothers to ever walk this earth. ~John Dudley
