Thank-you, Mr. Mineo, for many years of laughter and great memories. My heart is broken. You set a wonderful example of hard work and perseverance. You and your family have opened your doors to the public for decades and provided warm and delicious experiences. I learned, from you, to treat our customers like family. I am so blessed to have been a part of your life.
Deepest condolences to the Mineo Family from the Ricardo Munoz Family.

John ... Your Dad was a wonderful man who always had a quick smile for us when we would eat at the restaurant. My Dad and I began eating at Menio's as early as 1980, maybe 79!
What a great role model for you and your brothers. He certainly will be missed by so many people!

I remember the first day I came to work for the Mineos at the restaurant. Mr. Mineo asked me to go the store and get him a "pasta stretcher". I came back embarrassed because I could not find one. I started to apologize. Mr. Mineo started laughing so hard, finally telling me there was no such thing. My first experience in the restaurant industry that lasted many years and gave me many memories. John Mineo Sr. gave me my first memory that I will never forget. This man worked morning - afternoon - night to build a great restaurant. Much love and respect !!!
