Billie Jean, Missy, Myrtle and Dana,
I was truly saddened to have heard the news of my friend and one time high school sweetheart's John's accident. I am so glad that I was able to talk to you Billie Jean when I made you laugh a bit it was like I was hearing John laughing on the other end of the line he inherited your laugh. Dana and John's children are in my prayers. I have fond memories of John in my mind as I have not seen him since 1986 and he is still forever young in my mind and will always be. When I Remember John it brings memories of my sister Candy (1965-2000) as where John and I were there was Candy and were always trying to get her set up with Mattioda or Pat Bernshinksy because Myrtle (surrogate mother and my dorm matron would not let us be alone! I always had to double date.John was a good part of my life growning up and the lessons of a first love, first heart break, the first time I had to say goodbye. I sadly close this chapter in my life by putting John's obituary in my stuff that was collected throughout Highschool to share with my own children to teach lessons of young love and how life takes different courses. I always took for granted that I would one day go to a class reunion and introduce John to my children and get to see his in return. My heart says that I am so happy that John found his true love with Dana and his babies, my prayers are with you, Dana and your children. Billie Jean, Myrtle,Missy and Dana: GOD BROUGHT YOU TO THIS AND GOD WILL BRING YOU THRU THIS!
God Bless,
Jill Bourland-Dosch
