Somewhere in a room tonight you are being celebrated. I'm sorry I couldn't be there. But I will keep you in my heart. Our Father used to joke that his friends were "brothers from another mother", and I know you're surrounded by those kinds of friends as well as your very large family. You really were my brother from another mother. I will miss you John.

I pray your hearts will be comforted with the gift of God's assurance & joyful memories. Cheerio was a friend to my sons & will be missed. I am thankful the free gift that is received the moment it is accepted by trusting Jesus Christ alone for salvation. We can each take His gift in faith, believing Jesus died for our sins, "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved". Romans 10:13
