My condolences to the entire O family. Jay was my scoutmaster, first stockbroker, responsible for my going to Barstow and was on a trip to Philmont with me. He reinforced many important tenets of life that he espoused. I have always cherished the memories I have from the campouts at the farm, trips to scout camp and Philmont. I have been a better person because I had the chance to know Jay and his family.

I am grateful for the life of Mr. Olander. Thanks to his service and to the service of others in our armed forces, my family and I have been able to lead our lives in freedom and peace.

I have great memories and admiration to Mr. O' who was my Scoutmaster in the 70's. His encouragement and the many great campouts at the farm helped shape my young-man days. May God bless you with peace!
