(Michael):
On February 10, 2017, at Wellington Hospital. Aged 80 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Lesley. Much loved father and father-in-law of Sarah & Mike Wilde, Rachel & Midge Barnett, Timothy Parkin & Laurie Foon, Anna Parkin & Cliff Parker. Loved grandad of Jessica, Timothy, Jonathon, Rose, Lucy, Lily-Mai, Miriana, Emilia and Oscar. A service to celebrate Michael's life will be held in Cedarwood, 17 Parata St, Waikanae, on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at 11.00am, followed by private cremation at Kaitawa Crematorium.

Thinking of you all at this time. Michael was an amazing man and neighbour to us. We loved his company and vegetables. We missed our chats on the driveway when we moved to Tauranga but used to call in when back in Waikanae. So fitting I should get the news while watching Campbell play cricket. He loved to know what we were up to. A life well lived with many a great story told. Love Katherine, Kevin, Elliot and Campbell Smith.
