To Joan,and Family members, My deepest sympathy. As a staff team member at Carleton Golf and Yacht Club,I had the pleasure to serve this Gentleman often,over many years. he was great to talk to,and I often "picked his brain" on culinary questions knowing of his knowledge in this field. May he rest in peace and may God's blessing be with him.
