John Michael Pevarnik, 33, of Washington, died unexpectedly Wednesday, September 17, 2014.
He was born August 28, 1981, in Indiana, a son of Catherine Mountain Anderson and John Anderson of Washington and Andrew Pevarnik of Ohio.
A graduate of Trinity Area High School, Mr. Pevarnik was a student at Allstate Truck Driving School.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, are a brother, Russell Pevarnik (Bonnie) of Cranberry; a sister, C. Christine Weber (Robert) of Washington; four nephews, Grant, Cody, Damyan and Seth; and a niece, Kaylianna.
Friends will be received from 3 to 6 p.m., the time of service, Saturday, September 20, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, with the Rev. Michael Lehman officiating. Burial in Washington Cemetery will be held at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, 331 South Main Street, Washington, PA 15301. Additional information and a guest book are available at www.NealFuneralHome.com.

so sorry to hear about the loss of John. We'll always remember when he helped my dad build the deck and helped out when we needed a helping hand. Again our sympathy. You're in our thoughts and prayers.

Met John when he was in Manor Care Peters. Remained friends even after we got released from there. What an awesome guy. I am so sorry for your loss and will pray for the family in this time of need.
