Dear Bea and Leah, my heart is so sad with the loss of one of my oldest friends. So many memories from the time I was a very young teenager. Jack was always there to take us for a ride or to a dance, just to get a coke and a visit, always on the go so full of laughs, he drove my Dad crazy but he loved him so I hope they have met up with each other in heaven and the laughs will continue. Please know that my heart goes out to the family and Jack will always be in my heart. Love Maureen

I am unable to say my goodbye on Wednesday Jack but want you to know that you were a great brother-in-law to me and a great uncle to the kids. You always welcomed Brendon and I into your home. We had many sleep-overs with you, Bea and Leah, ate too much, drank too much coffee and even went on car rides just for the heck of it. You always made us laugh. With you, not at you ;).
We didnt see you much after moving away from Edmonton but we've missed you and will continue to miss you.
You didnt meet my fiance Dirk but i always told him you two would get along so great.

We love you, Jack, Bea, Leah
