Funeral service to be held at Hutcliffe Wood Crematorium on Monday 25th October at 9.45am. Family have requested for attendants to dress in something blue, no formal black.
Family flowers only please but if wished donations can be made payable to 'Sheffield Children's Hospital' or
'Ronald McDonald Housing Charity' and can be sent to John Heath & Sons, Hollinsend Funeral Home,
