John, you were an angel put into my life at one of the hardest times. I am so so grateful we were able to meet. God has you in the palm of his hand now. Thank you for giving this world the light of your smile, the warmth of your heat, and the strength of your faith.

Joe, Lori and Family,
My Facebook Memories shared the story of John playing for Chaminade today from 6 years ago. As I Googled to find the story I sadly found the news of his passing. My wife Katie and I often sat a few rows behind you at St. Max's when we lived in Thousand Oaks. I again shared the story today and hope our players at Harvard-Westlake play with the love and passion that John had for the game. He will be in my thoughts, and congrats to his Alma Mater for winning the League Championship this year.

On this thanksgiving, I wanted to send you a quick note. It's something you already know too. John is in the arms of the Angels. Happy, healthy, with family and friends who have come before, in heaven. He will be there for you. He is always there for you. And there is nothing but beauty and love.
Always,
Regi

Joe, Lori and Ben,
The news of John's passing is heartbreaking. Please know that Scott and I are thinking of you, and that there is boundless love and prayers being offered for you and the rest of your family. John's short life was a blessing to so many people. His smile was contagious and I don't think I ever saw him when he wasn't smiling. You both are such wonderful parents and you have devoted your life to making the best of times and making memories for him that I know made him happy. And Ben, what a wonderful little brother you have been and I know John will be missed each and every day. May your strong faith in God get you through this time and comfort you all.
Love and prayers,
Scott and Kim
