John Philip Peacefully fell asleep on
3rd August 2015, aged 89 years.
Beloved husband of Dorothy (Kate), father of the late Mark (Sam),
grandad of David and Matthew,
great-grandad of Rebecca,
Josh and Cameron.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place
at Rainsbrook Crematorium,
Avon Chapel, on
Wednesday 26th August at 10.00am.
Family flowers only please
