To John's family,
My sympathies! John was a very happy and trustworthy soul, a guy I always enjoyed being around. He was a tremendous help to me during the early period of my 40 plus years of restaurant ownership, taught me a lot about purchasing, operations and...well...he even taught me how to flip eggs in a fry pan, a skill I still use to this day and think of him every time I do it successfully! Please know how much I appreciated his cheerful, helpful nature and his genuine interest in my success as a restaurateur. I'm sure you all will miss him, but take comfort in the old Irish saying; John,"I'll see you on down the road". God bless you all.
