John W. Waller

John William �Bill� Waller, 83, of North Little Rock passed away Thursday, June 18, 2009. He was born May 28, 1926 in Walnut Ridge, Arkansas to Jessie and Lela Laird Waller. He was an Army veteran of World War II and an insurance agent for more than 40 years. He loved to visit with people and was a great storyteller. He is survived by daughters, Sandy Phillips Wilder and Becky Waller King (Billy), all of North Little Rock; grandchildren, Stacie Phillips, of Little Rock and Matthew Davis, of North Little Rock; brother, Howard Frank Bailey, of Vermont; and sister, Betty Brown (Milford) of Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 57 years, Jackie Waller; daughter, Deborah Waller Davis; and two brothers, Paul and Bernard Waller. The family would like to express a special thanks to the wonderful staff of Robinson Nursing Center for their loving care and friendship and Odyssey Hospice for their tender care. �You all made him feel safe and loved.� Memorials may be made to Arthritis Foundation, 6213 Father Tribou Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205.
