I am in total shock. I just found out. John was my provider before he went to CHAS. Every year on his birthday, I bought him a case of fat tire beer. He was a very very special man and will be missed terribly. My heart is broken. You were a true gem, John. Rip

Broke my heart to learn of your passing. At a low point in my life I found John at CHAS then was able to follow him as he moved to his new place. I was unaware of his illness so was a complete surprise. I pray for healing hearts for his family. John was definitely one of the good ones gone too soon from this life.

You were an inspiration in my life. You have no idea how much you have helped me and my family. Your friendship will be cherished forever. Just a year ago, you were there when cancer took my Dad. My heart goes out to all of your loved ones. You will be missed John! I hope Dad was waiting for you.

John was a wonderful colleague - so kind, knowledgeable. We worked together at CHAS Northeast for many years. I missed his humor especially when he left, and his stories of growing up working in a lobster house, the Boston accent he could produce to many laughs. He did not get enough time. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

My heart is broken learning of the passing of John. He was truly a one of a kind, compassionate, always caring, very trustworthy, and most of all he is irreplaceable. I had the pleasure of having John as my PA for the last 10 years and I find comfort in knowing I am not the only patient of his that had this experience with him. John you will forever be in my heart, thank you for always taking the time to get to know me and my family in order to get to the root of the problem. Rest in peace friend.

I am so sorry for your loss this world has lost one of the best men I have ever known. John has been my doctor for 13 years and the moment I meet him it felt as if i had known him forever, and he was a long lost friend. I dont think I will ever find another doctor as amazing as John. He went to bat for me and never gave up until I had a diagnosis. I just wanted you all to know how much he touched my life and my families life. He had a heart so kind and pure that he will be missed and forever remembered in our family and I am sure by everyone who has ever had the privledge to meet him. Sending prayers to you all and just know that God now has another angel.

I am incredibly saddened to learn of John's passing. He was an amazing care giver and he always answered my questions, knew the right questions to ask me, made sure I understood what was going on and the treatment options, and always made my visit a great experience. Our community was better for him being amongst us. John, thank you and you are missed. Condolences to your family and friends.

John, what a blessing you were to me with your care. Far more than a care provider, you were gracious, kind, never hurried, genuine, compassionate, big hearted, a great listener, open and honest. I am blessed to call you my care provider and we would pray for each other at office visits. Who does that? You John Watts! You truly were a gift from God to those you served and your family. My heart breaks having just found out Jesus called you home, but the joy is bigger than sorrow because we will see you again in glory with our Savior Jesus Christ. Thanks for your servant's heart John! I will keep your family in my prayers. Christ's love and God speed.
