Well my Bird, I made it through my first Christmas without you. This has been one of the hardest days yet. It hurt so bad going to the cemetary to tell you Merry Christmas but at the same time , it felt right. I miss you so much and I love you with all my heart. I hope your Christmas in heaven with all the rest of our family and friends and Jesus was wonderful. I love you.

We just left the graveyard where we left you a Christmas tree and some balloons. I can"t wait for the holidays to be over. This first Christmas without you is tearing me apart. Nothing is right and I don't think it ever will be again. I just wonder if you have any idea how much your missed. I hurt so bad, just thinking of Christmas without you here with me. I love you my Bird.

My baby, my boy. Time will never heal the hurt that I feel. Your on my mind constantly, first thing in the morning, last thing at night. Everyone tells me it will get better but I don't know. I have never felt pain like this, breathing hurts, just being hurts. I want to start screaming but I'm afraid I may never stop. I know God will get me through this, I just hope I can keep my sanity until that day comes. I have Brett and my family to live for because if not for them, I would not care. I love you with all my heart Jaybird.

Man Jay thiI grew up in Oak Park Apartments "1422 Wabash Apt.8 & 1410 Chicago Townhouse". Lincoln Heights Ohio Zone 15. During a time when everyone treated each other like family. We went outside to play, got dirty and we ate whatever our mom cooked....we ate bologna sandwiches, penny candy, pickles and snow balls. We played "Mother May I", "Red Light" , "Soft Ball &" , "Tag", Hide-n-Seek, French, and "Double Dutch"...lol. We played in the woods and made a secret passageway cause the woods were in our friends backyard lol. No swimming pool in the backyard, so we got sprayed with the hose lol. We weren't AFRAID OF ANYTHING BUT STRAY DOGS (and most of them knew us, and left us alone). Man Jay this is crazy!! You are gone way to soon. Know in Heaven Misty and I wilindo anything we can to help out with your kids whenever needed. RIP Jay you will be missed!!
