I had the good fortune to get acquainted with Tom in early 1978. I worked in the “typing pool” and had millions of questions but very few sources for answers. Tom and Tom Anderson sat fairly close together in those days, each one full of vim, vigor and vitality as well as very knowledgeable in contracting and willing to answer questions. They became my “contracting library source”. Those were fun days. I did not keep in contact with Tom after he retired and I am saddened to hear of his death. My prayers are with you and may God pour out His comfort and encouragement in these sad moments. Marilyn Stallings, Moore, Ok

My deepest sympathy to the Williams family. I enjoyed working with Tom and playing golf him in the Procurement Golf League. He had a great sense of humor and was a friend to everyone. You will be missed by all. God Bless Tommy & Tracy Nicholson

I worked with Tom at Tinker and went to college with him at CSI, now UCO. He was a wonderful person and I was very sorry to hear he had passed away. Dorothy McCray

I will miss Tom very much, from bowling, to playing pool, new years eve parties at his house, cleaning up after the big storm, and just by knowing the man, we played a lot of tricks on people at the landingzone

Our thoughts and prayers are with Tom's family. I knew Tom for many years and bowled with him for quite a few of those. He was quite a character and we will miss him.

I recall working with Tom as a clerk-typist, back in Contracting (at Tinker). He was a funny guy and my prayers go out to his family.

Tom, I miss the good times bowling and will think of you when the league travels to Springfield and Tulsa. There aren't many Tinker people left in the league that remember your beer antics or generosity. Rest easy as you've done a great service with your children. Terry Murray

What an honor to have known and loved Tom Williams. From working with him, being his bowling partner in the yellow rock league, to partying with him and friends on Friday nights... We laughed, cried, and tried to understand what life threw at us. I chose to remember all the good times and know that Dawn and Brett will also. God speed Tom. We will see you again one of these happy days.

I will always miss you and love you my Tom Tom. I know that your spirit is free now and soaring with the eagles that you loved so much. It was truly an honor and privilige to take care of you in your time of need.
