Uncle Joe, David and Paul: I am so very sorry to learn of Johnathan's passing. Although I have not seen him for many years, I have always remembered him fondly from our childhood years. He always had such a warm smile. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Dave and family,

I was saddended to hear of the loss of your brother. I can still see Johnathan on Saturdays at Guys and Dolls, bowling. He sure loved that! He will be missed here at the Municipal building also. Johnathan was like a fixture here for years during the train display. But, so was your father, he spent many years helping to build and operate the display. I'm certain that Johnathan is with God now and he will help watch over your Dad and the rest of your family. Rest easy knowing you now have a personal angel in heaven.

Uncle Joe, David & Paul:

I am at a loss for words. I have been troubled since hearing the tragic news about Jonathan. Jonathan was a very kind, gentle guy and will be greatly missed. I will always remember how he would greet me with a kiss on my cheek. Please know that Bill and I have you in our hearts and constant thoughts.

I never realized how many lives that Jonathan touched while he was with us. Unfortunately it took his tragic death to make me see how greatly he was loved by so many around him. What a very special person he was. I will miss him so very much and I promise I will comfort and look after his best friend, our father.

I did not know Jonathan personally, but am acquainted with his sister-in-law Betsy who works with friends of mine at State Farm. I was participating in the Cystic Fibrosis South Side Tour on Saturday when we learned of this very sad and tragic news. Please accept my deepest sympathies and prayers during this very sad and difficult time.

Joe, I am so very sorry about the trauma you and Johnathan had to go through. I remember when you used to bring John to the clinc at the Cleft Palate Center when I worked for the Cleft Palate Foundation. He was in his teens then. You were so supportive of him and other parent's who had children born with clefts. You are a gift and John was too. God Bless.

Dear David and Family

I am so sorry to hear of your loss and offer anything I may be able to do to help you at this very sad time. I'm sure he is in his mother's arms as you miss him now and always. I'm sure Susie will look after him for you too! Both of them have made the ultimate journey. My thoughts are with you all.
