Joyce Foster Obituary
Service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Blessing Colonial Chapel, Mansfield. Interment: Mansfield Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Blessing Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Emery J. Lilge Hospice House in Burleson.
Joyce was born in Alba, the daughter of Elmer and Susie Taylor. She married Jerry Foster on Feb. 11, 1961, in Grand Prairie. She was a member of Liberty Church of Mansfield and retired from Johnson and Johnson Medical in 1997.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Susie Taylor; daughter, Jerri Sue Foster; brother, Tommy Taylor; and sister, Pat Waldon.
Survivors: Her husband of 48 years, Jerry Foster of Burleson; daughter, Jennifer Ann Ray and husband, Johnny Ray; granddaughters, Candice Smith and Jourdin Ray; great-grandchildren, Caine, Ireland, Nathenal, Alexis and Danielle; brother, Don Taylor; and sisters, Madie Marshall, Dorothy Streback and Esta Lee Morgan.

Our deepest sympathies to the families of Joyce Foster. A wonderful person that will be missed by all that had the pleasure of crossing her path and knowing the beauty and frequency of her smile. She was always concerned and giving of herself for others and her family. God bless you Jerry and god bless and keep Joyce.

I am so very sorry to hear about your loss. She was a pleasure to be around always smiling and very nice. I had the pleasure to go on many field trips with her, as my daughter and Jordan are good friends. She will be greatly missed, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I am so sorry to hear about your loss. She always had a smile and always a pleasure to visit with at Tarver-Rendon Elementary awaiting for kids to be dismissed. Again my thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Jerry and family, We just found out about Aunt Joyce and we are so sorry to hear about her passing. We have such fun memories of Aunt Joyce having fun with us at "Elvis" at the Burger Box all the time. Our loving sister in law Joyce is now

we're going to miss our very loving and wonderful aunt joyce.She was a blessing to our family.Our prayers are with you uncle jerry and jennifer, and to the grandkids. we love you always and your in our prayers.
