Jon Wickizer

My heart goes out to Tera and their family. I had the opportunity to have many heartfelt conversations with Jon as we worked together with Acknowlogy. I learned a lot from Jon and appreciated the time he spent to make me successful. He was a wonderful teacher.
His passion and care for others was amazing. He just wanted others to be successful and enjoy life.
I called him my brother and he was.
His light will burn brighter as he finds that which he lost in this life.

Jon, you were my best friend and the greatest man I ever knew. I am so terribly saddened to hear about your passing! Not only did you give me the great gift of your friendship, you taught me to flyfish when we were just 18, going on hundreds of fishing and camping adventures together. I've passed this passion for flyfishing on to my son Drew and I will treasure every time we go together. I tell him stories about you all the time and all about the incredible adventures we used to share. Thank you for this incredible gift Jon! To Tera and your kids, I want you to know how incredibly sorry I am for your loss! Your Dad truly loved and helped so many people throughout his life! His smile, laugh and jokes were infectious. I will never know another Jon. I will miss you every day friend. I'm so sorry for losing touch these past years. My family will keep your family in our prayers always . I'll meet you on the river again one day! Like always, I will be admiring watching you reel in a giant brown! Love you always friend!

I grew up with Jon. Running around the neighborhood and getting into trouble with the Wickizer boys are some of my fondest memories growing up, from playing paintball around the old elementary school, to lighting fireworks in the middle of the night around the neighborhood.

Coming of Age is a special time in a man's life, and I feel priviledged to have spent those years with Jon and Nate.

My heart goes out to his family and friends in this time of loss. And I hope the happy memories of Jon and his mischievious smile will provide comfort.
