I will remember Jon for his magnetic personality, sense of humor, smiles and laughter. His beautiful singing voice. His love being outdoors, surrounded by nature. Opening his home to us, his in-laws, for overnight visits including morning coffee time, and cooking and barbequing for us. His last talk with his father-in-law about the past and future. And his deep love for family! He's gone too soon; forever missed and always remembered. May you soar to eternal heights.

The thing that I remember about Jon is his sense of humor and his love for his family. I remember driving down the road after Glendale Heights fest and I don´t remember why but , the guy in the next lane said or did something to irritate Jon. The next thing we know he´s leaning out the passenger side window and yelling GROW SOME HAIR we laughed so hard. It still makes me smile when I think about it. To his family and his friends we feel your pain and loss. He´s partying with my father in law Howie I´m sure.

Jon loved to tease me by arguing about silly things. I can still hear him saying "Listen Woman " . One of the things that I remember most was Jon hanging out the passenger window while we were driving and yelling to some guy in the other lane GROW SOME HAIR it still makes me laugh I will miss his sense of humor. He´s with Howie now and I´m sure they´re having a great time. My sincere condolences to all of the Joyner family and their friends.

Jonny and I were the biggest Elvis fans, and he took it to another level, in high school we were connected by our love for the King and most might think we were in competition.... Mutual respect. I wouldn´t say I knew him well, but I always remembered him with a smile.
Rest easy brother....

Before he was old enough to walk, he could sing. He always sang, I'll be there. When any of the family walked in the door he would say very loudly, Howdy. When I was potty training his sister Lurana, he would hug her and say Do have to go potty nana?He was a born entertainer and very good at it, even sang at his friends wedding. He will be missed by so many people.
