Jose Roberto Muñoz, 57, of Houston Texas, peacefully passed away on March 24, 2021 after an ongoing battle with health complications.
Born in San Salvador, El Salvador in 1963 to Herminia Osegueda and Alfonso Muñoz. Roberto was a hard worker who dedicated his life to supporting his family and spoiling his children.
Roberto started working at a young age. He achieved his dream of owning his own business in 1996. Because of his declining health, Roberto had to step away from his business and spent the next 18 years of his life working for John C. Flood.
At 26, Roberto met his wife, Mayra, and went on to have two beautiful children. A classic rock enthusiast, Roberto taught his children a love of good music. Roberto was also a passionate painter. Self-taught at a young age, he created several beautiful paintings throughout his life. Above all else, Roberto has an unshakable testimony of his Savior, Jesus Christ.
Roberto was predeceased by his mother, Herminia Osegueda, and his father, Alfonso Munoz. He leaves behind his wife, Mayra Munoz Montano; his daughter, Slilma del Carmen (Colin) Dupuis; his son, Roberto Salvador (Anna) Munoz; 7 siblings and numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert will be missed very much by his family and friends. I consider myself a friend of Robert and the family. I knew him so many years ago when we work together. I consider myself a very close friend. It’s very sad to see a young man to leave this earth. But God is called him and he will be with God. Robert was a good man so therefore God will surely take him.
