JOSEPH BUTTS Obituary
Joe was born Aug. 16, 1979, in East Liverpool, Ohio, and is the son of Steve and Mary Butts, Mt. Sterling, Ohio.
Joe loved his music and playing guitar. Even more, he loved his son Stevyn Butts, Grove City, Ohio.
In addition to his parents, Joe is also survived by his brothers, Mark (Charlene) of Big Plain, and Jay (Tina) of Mt. Sterling; grandparents, Jack and Norma Houghton of Columbus; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by grandparents, Roy and Wanda Lee Butts.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30, 2015 at the Mt. Sterling First Church of the Nazarene, 226 N. Market St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143. Family will receive friends one hour prior to time of service.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Mental Health Services of Madison County, 210 N. Main St., London, OH 43140 in Joe's memory.
The family has been served by the PORTER-TIDD FUNERAL HOME, 331 W. Main St., Mt. Sterling, OH 43143.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise found in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring you some comfort. Knowing that there is a future for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
