Joseph Andrew Caldarera, Sr., 65, of Sherwood passed away on Tuesday, August 18th, 2009. He was born in Little Rock to the late Joseph P. and Katherine (McDonald) Caldarera. Joseph worked for over 20 years as a route supervisor for Twin City Beverage. After retirement, JoeJoe as he was affectionately called, loved fishing. He cherished his pets Candyman and Chesney. Spending time with his family was his favorite pastime; he will be greatly missed by his family and his friends. He leaves to cherish his memory, his wife Billie of Sherwood; his children Jody (Lydia) Caldarera of North Little Rock and Christy (Bob) Burrows of Ward, His stepchildren Brenda (Seldon) Shaw of Quitman and Lisa (Dave) Dziadek of North Little Rock; his sister Jo Anne Caldarera of Ozark; his grandchildren T.J. Caldarera, Mary Grace Burrows, Bobby Burrows and Evan Dziadek and a host of extended family and friends. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 22nd, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Rest Hills Memorial Park. A rosary will be at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21st, 2009 at Griffin Leggett with visitation to follow. 7724 Landers Road North Little Rock, AR 72117 (501)835-3515. Memorials in JoeJoe’s honor may be made to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or the Pulaski County Humane Society. The family will receive friends at 9817 Merlot Lane North Little Rock, AR.
