My deepest condolences to the entire Cicio family, I was one of the caretakers of Joe and he was such a wonderful and passionate person to take care of, always a smile on his face when I came to see him. I will miss him and his funny antics. May he rest in peace.

My deepest condolences to the Cicio family. My prayers are with you for your loss. "Fro's Palace" was Mayfield's hangout -- I will always remember the good times I spent there. Joe will be missed by all who knew him. God Bless!
