Joe was always part of my life being a best friend to my parents. I remember him as a highly intelligent and kind man. He was devoted to his wife, Gloria, and his daughters, Sandra and Karen. They were always an extraordinary family and I was blessed to be a part of their lives. I know he's in a wonderful place in Heaven and will watch over his loved ones. He will be missed.
Love, Lyn
