Joe was the first person I worked with when I started at HELCO 35 years ago. He was a fine man and an excellent mentor. I was truly blessed to have such a man as a role model. You have may deepest sympathies. I will keep Joe in my thoughts and in my prayers.

To the family- I send my sympthy to you in the loss of Joe. My brother and I were childhood friends of Joe and Lucy and have many happy memories of those years. He was a quiet , shy little boy.May he rest in peace.
