EASTER, Joseph K. 60 a lifelong resident of Weymouth died Sunday, March 20, 2011 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Joe was most recently a Mortgage Broker for Union Capital in Braintree. He was also a former co-owner with his brother Doug of the former Dunk & Munch Coffee Shop in Brockton. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a motorcycle enthusiast and played the guitar. He also enjoyed going to the gym. He was the 1991 New England States Novice Masters Division Power Lifting Champion. Loving brother of Douglas V. Easter of South Weymouth. Beloved husband of the late Blanche (Grasso) Easter. Long time companion of the late Sheila Twohig. Son of the late Gerard R. and Murna (Hendsbee) Easter. Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be in the McDonald Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.) Thursday March 24, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. Relatives and friends invited. Doug,
I am so sorry to hear about Joe. I have many great memories of guitar playing and riding on the back of Joe's motorcycle. I will miss him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

It really saddens me to have heard of Joe's passing.
