Joseph Thomas Finch

FINCH, Joseph Thomas, 70, of Dolphin, Va., passed away April 7, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Hilda Corum Finch; two daughters, Donna Whitby and husband, Percy, of Jarratt, and Lois Varner and husband, Thomas, of Dolphin; two grandsons, Jonathan Archer and wife, Tiffany, of Skippers and Joseph Lynch of Emporia; a great-granddaughter, Arlie Archer; two brothers, Taylor Finch of Bedford and Roy K. Finch of Dolphin; and two sisters, Nellie Bryant of Emporia and Elizabeth Williams of Elizabeth City, N.C. Funeral services will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville, with interment in Crestview Memorial Park, La Crosse, Va. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home, Lawrenceville.
