Dear Patrick and family.

Your friends from Lebanon's Little League, kids and adults, will remember your dad at your side during your games. He was a great role model for you and your team. Avid, happy, and enthusiastic comes to mind. He will be sorely missed, but never forgotten.

Amy, Nick, Lexi, and Patrick I am so very sorry for this sudden loss. You all have made a huge impact on my life in way or another. Your father/husband was an amazing man and the three of you kids will be nothing short of what he wanted you all to be. Amy i will forever remember New Years 2010 and how Joe was willing to take a step forward and help me and my husband through a rough patch in our life. You are his shinning star and he will forever be watching over you and protecting you. I love you all.

To Amy, Nick, Lexie, Patrick, Patty & Alan, Joe's family and the extended Kairo family - We are at a loss for words to express our deepest sympathies to each of you. Joe was a big guy, he always seemed larger than life. I remember officiating at his wedding - and him not believing me when I told him the printed words never take as long to say as it looks. He wanted the abbreviated version. So I told him okay, and then did the longer version. As you travel this personal and difficult road, may good memories give you comfort for the hard days and weeks ahead. We are so, so sorry for your loss. You are in our prayers.

Amy, my heart goes out to you the kids and your family. I loved that Joe was always at the birthday parties around town, sporting events, school parties etc. A fantastic dad, more should be as involved as he was. Quiet but always had a smile and was so easy going and friendly. Please know that I am here for you and your family.

I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. It's comforting to know that God cares for all of us. The Bible gives us hope that one day we can see our loved ones again. On behalf of all mankind Jesus surrendered his soul. John 15:13 says “No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul on behalf of his friends.” Truly I am sorry to hear of the loss of your dear loved one and I hope these few words will bring you comfort and hope.
