Joseph was born on January 14, 1967 and passed away on Friday, April 8, 2016. Joseph was a resident of Waterford, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He received a B.S. in CeramicMaterials engineering from North Carolina State University and his MBA from Gannon University. He was married to Kimberly. Friends are invited to call at the Brugger Funeral Homes Crematory 1595 West 38th St. at Greengarden Blvd. Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Services will be held there Tuesday at 9:15 a.m. followed by the funeral mass at St. George Church at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow in Calvary Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hamot Health Foundation Nursing Scholarship Fund 302 French Street Erie Pa. 16507.

I am sorry for your loss. Joe was one of my closest friends when we were at NC State together. I can remember many a Sunday hanging out at his apartment studying Materials Engineering together. We went to formals together, spring break in Daytona together, and he was even in my wedding. I am so sorry for your loss. He was a great guy.
