Joseph L. Hopkins

Joseph L. "Button" Hopkins died at his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday, May 23, 2011. He was 71.

Born in Philadelphia, the son of the late Marie B. (Kralle) and Joseph Hopkins, Mr. Hopkins spent most of his life in Manhattan before moving back to Bucks County 5 years ago.

Mr. Hopkins was blessed with an amazing family and he especially loved his many nieces and nephews.

Dear brother of Lorraine M. Miller and her husband Victor, and the late Carol E. Lindsay and Kenneth W. Hopkins, Mr. Hopkins will also be sadly missed by his sister-in-law Sandra Hopkins, his nephews and nieces, Joseph Arnao (Carol Ann), Daniel Arnao (Laura), Tony Arnao (Renee), MaryJo Lindsay (Bill) and Jennifer Dott (John); his 11 great nephews and nieces whom he loved dearly as well as his many close friends in New York and Attleboro Village.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, Inc., 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown, from 6:00 until the time of Parastas Service at 8:00 pm and on Friday, 9:00 am until the time of his Panachida Service at 9:30 am.
