Joe was born on November 15, 1955 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky to Lester and Laura Ann (Eversman) Huebner. Both parents are deceased.

He married Debbie Potter on May 9, 1992 in Houston, Texas and is survived by his wife.

We are very sorry to hear of Joe's passing but know in our hearts that he is in a better place without all the human suffering he has long endured. We pray that he finds peace in God and that you will find peace knowing that he is not suffering anymore. May God bless each and everyone of you who has touched Joe"s life and made him the man that he was, a loving and caring husband and businessman. Debbie, I am so sorry that you must walk the journey of becoming a widow. I know that pain very well. The Word of God says that God alone knows the heart of every man, and when one encounters the battle that Joe has in the past years, I would imagine that he called out to God and likely had a personal encounter. My prayer is that he did indeed have a life changing personal encounter that took him instantly from this earth into the very presence of heaven. My prayer is that he is now experiencing the fullness of heaven in ways that you and I cannot imagine. I pray that you will find and know the presence of the Lord in these hours as never before, May Jesus wrap his arms around you and give you His Peace. May the love of Father God be such that it swallows up the pain of these hours and sets you apart to rest in His Presence. May you find restoration and comfort that not one of us here on earth can provide. I know the power of His Love is real, I know personally that He is able to literally hold me up causing me to stand when I am not able to do so on my own. Tears are not a sign of weakness, they are for me a release of emotions too deep for me to even express. The days and months ahead are hard, yet I know that God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirt are able to carry you through. I will be praying for you. Barbara Kirshy
