Joseph Michael Krygier

Joseph Michael Krygier passed away unexpectedly January 5, 2013 at the age of 48. He was born September 29, 1964 in Detroit to Richard and Christine Krygier. Joe grew up in East Detroit with his siblings, Tony, Karen and Paula. As a young man he went to work for Clark Catering where he met his future wife, Cheryl Clark. The couple married and became proud parents to Michael, Alena and Evan. In 1993. Joe opened his trucking business, Krygier Transport, Inc., hauling brick. Family, nature and music were Joe's passions. After his father Richard died, Joe stepped up to be the patriarch of the family. He was a hard-working man whose concern was his family's well-being. He loved nature and walking in the woods was a favorite thing. Joe was known for planting vegetable gardens. He was a patient, giving man, his family said. Joe is survived by his wife, Cheryl, his children, Michael, Alena, and Evan; his mother, Christine Krygier; his siblings, Anthony Krygier, Karen Krygier, Paula (Rob) Koch and many nieces and nephews.
