Joe made a huge impact on my career during my early years at Sears. I really appreciated his patience and dedication to getting the job done properly. Along with myself, many of my associates were able benefit from Joe's experience and ability to meet our customers needs. Along with being a great manager, Joe was a fantastic mentor and a great person. I am saddened by his passing and wish to pass my heartfelt condolences to Alma and the family.
