I had only learned of Joe's passing last week from a fellow fraternity brother, and like everyone else, am terribly saddened by this loss. Joe was a great friend during our pledge class days and certainly during the 2 months he and I spent in Santa Fe, NM on rotation. The memories we shared are far too numerous to list. He was a genuine person with an infectious personality, and though we lost touch as many do, he will remain one of my dearest friends and most treasured memories from wonderful times past. God bless your family, and Godspeed my friend.

I come to Hometown Pharmacy atleast once a month and to see Joe not here doesn't seem right. Every medication I had if it was a different manufacturer of the drug he would show me & tell me these look alike make sure you look at the bottles carefully! We always spoke & conversated at every visit I make to the pharmacy!!! R.I.H. Joe Lantz YOU WILL BE MISSED. MY PRAYERS ARE GOING TO ALL THOSE INVOLVED!!!!

Joe I am going to miss you!! I'm sorry that I lost touch with you over the last few years. We had a lot of fun in Greenville through the years!!! I literally was thinking about you over the weekend and was going to get up with you last night but I came across your sister's post last night and I am still in shock. I love you man!
