Joseph Legacy Obituary
Mr. Legacy passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2022 at My Michigan Health at the age of 63. The son of the late Clifford and Mary (Foldie) Legacy was born May 28, 1959 in Bay City, Michigan. Joseph retired as a paramedic, truck driver and a volunteer firefighter. He enjoyed restoring cars and motorcycles, fishing, his animals and traveling with friends, but most of all spending time with his family.
Joseph is survived by his wife of 43 years the former, Ann Gauthier; one son, Joseph C. Legacy and his partner, Kylie Watz; one daughter, Sarah Legacy and her partner, Curt Winberg; granddaughter, Hannah Winberg; father-in-law, Raymond Gauthier Sr.; brothers and sister-in-law, Raymond (Brigette) Gauthier Jr., Robert (Monica) Gauthier, Scott (Tacey) Gauthier and Michelle Gauthier and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by his granddaughter, Evelyn Legacy and his mother-in-law, Patricia Gauthier.
Memorial visitation will take place on Monday, August 29, 2022 at the Gephart Funeral Home from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial contributions for the wishes of the family or the Kidney Foundation will be available at the funeral home.

So sorry to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful person/super medic/ great firefighter. He was always doing whatever needed to be done. I will miss him dearly. Prayers that our Loving father will send comfort to you Ann and Sara. He's in God's loving embrace. We will see him again.
