Many don't know that my family bonded with you as a child..when you were with NOPD, working the French market on Sunday's... . You were my friend and brother... You Marrying my neighborhood girl could not have been more right... Me doing y'all's escort made things honorable and complete.... I will miss you my brother, never be forgotten and.... I know you'll break me in the right way in heaven, just as you did 30 years ago at the sheriff's office.... It was my honor to have worked with you and I will always remember your achievements, contributions and investments in others.....
