Joe (Jose) I am deeply sorry for the loss of your Dad. Please give your Mom a big hug from me, as well as my Mom. I am sure Curley was welcomed him as he joined our family and friends in heaven. As Curley wrote in a book he left for us, this is not goodbye, only a vacation in which
We will meet again for heaven has a beach and he is keeping the drinks on ice waiting for us. Please know you and your family, especially your Mom are in our thoughts and prayers. sorry I missed seeing you as I thought
the service was this morning. Love you, Lori Poellot (Palma)

I have many fond childhood memories growing up across the street from the Maccarone family. Joe was an exemplary father and a caring, generous, hard-working example to all. His memory (and his family) will always bring a smile to my face. Thank you, love you and until we meet again...
