Marie and Family - Words fail when it comes to describing Cliff, his contribution to Canada, his vibrant personality, his warm and honest friendship, A lot of shared experiences, a lot of happy times, some tough slugging, but all wonderful memories. I have found myself unusually saddened the last few days. I wish the very best to you all.

My depest sympathy to all the family.
I had the great pleasure of working with Dr. McIsaac at the Canadian Dairy Commission. A gentlemen and professional in the full sense of the words. He made every meeting and encounters, memorable. I enjoyed his wit and many tales while walking to and from meetings. God surely has a special place for this wonderful man.

I am very saddened to learn of the passing of my friend and colleague, Cliff McIssaac. I worked with Cliff when he was Minister of Municipal Affairs and later Minister of Education in the period 1965 to 1971. He was a loyal friend, a devoted family man and a great servant of the public. He sacrificed an incredible amount to be an elected representative in the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan and the Parliament of Canada. Although he was a decidedly partisan Liberal, his integrity attracted the respect of political friend and foe alike. Marie and family, I extend to you my deepest sympathies on the loss of this wonderful man. The memory of his great intelligence, his ready smile, his keen sense of humour, and his dedication to public service will remain dear to me always.
